6 BAD THINGS

These are 10 bad things that we've to stay away from it. Check this out:

1.         MSG (MONOSODIUM GLUTAMAT)
research prove that in MSG there's no danger addictive that can make people headache or something like that but MSG can make lingkar pinggang add and better to consume it enough coz it can make you fat too coz MSG make the food more delicious and it desire you to eat more...

2.        TAKE A BATH UP TO 05.00 PM
woow.. Dangerous for your body.. May be you didn't feel it now but just wait 5-10 year later and you'll be upset so better to stop it now... For me doesn't matter if I have to feel uncomfort for a long night than take a bath and take that risk.. Just believe it okay?



3.        GO OUT AT THE EVENING...
Well, clearly i t’s not really dangerous.. yeah may be you just have to worry to get cold

4.       ANGRY
woow.. based the research people that angry potential to get stroke and can make you got more winkled than you ever tough... well these are some tips to solve it:
Ø  sit down.. if you angry while you standing, you should to sit and if you angry while you’re sitting you should laying.. or you can take “wudhu”
Ø  when you angry just try to relax and think about the beautiful moment that you ever had and pretending your self that you’re in that moment J it works for me....

5.        DRINK ICE WATER..

6.       SLEEP IN MIDNIGHT
not good for your body coz the body need take a rest after all day has to move on so the night part needed for make it fresh to do our activity in the morning... beside that sleep in midnight can make your body more fat? Yeah... that’s the point and many other bad effects...

Well.. These are the things that we have to try hardest to not do it... Eventough many others bad things but this sometimes that we did these without realized how dangerous is... Yeah for me too sometimes that's really hard to skip those things but keep trying this's for our health and we can stay young day by day.. well.. honestly may be no strong reason that I told you about the dangerouse of it so to make sure just ask “UNCLE GOOGLE” and you will be get the strong reason why you should be careful with those... thnaks for reading J
